Attention, Good Folks! We are so very excited to tell you that - once again - we've got New Orleans hot shots breezing through our area in August!!!! Our NOLA --> MKE superhighway delivers!

Accordionist Glenn Hartman and guitarist and vocalist Alex McMurray have been playing music in New Orleans and around the world since 1989. They play a fun and eclectic mix of styles that includes French waltzes, Cumbia, Zydeco, Cajun, Klezmer, Sea Shanties and McMurray’s original songs.

Alex is 2023's Best of the Beat "Best Country / Folk / Singer-Songwriter Artist" and Glenn is a multiple award winning accordion player and founder of the New Orleans Klezmer Allstars.

Since The Asylum is not well-equipped for warm weather shows (A/C wouldn't be powerful with the front door opening a bunch and our back yard is too small), we managed to find some lovely guest hosts! Thank you, Dmitry & Marina!
